Crushed Candy
White Chocolate

Read the Directions:

Place Corn Syrup, Sugar, Salt, Flavoring, Water & Shortening in Kitchen Aid or other stand mixer.
Mix until all ingredients form dough ball.
Take out of mixer and place on a lightly sugared surface.
(just sprinkle some powdered sugar on your work surface and roller)

Roll dough out to 1/8-1/4 inch thickness. Cut into desired shape.
(Obviously it's christmas, So Stars & Trees were a must for me)
After cutting the dough into shapes, freeze for 10-15 minutes.

While thats in the freezer, Temper your chocolate.
After tempering your chocolate, take your shapes out of the freezer.

Dip your cold shapes into your warm chocolate.

Garnish if desired.

Let chocolate set at room temperature for at least an hour.
